We want to see countless lives and families transformed by the Word of God. With this objective, Word and Life Church has been spreading the Word of God through radio, television, and many other social media. Still, going further, Word and Life Bible School was launched in 2018 AD to raise leaders who can impact their local churches. It is a one-month intensive Bible training launched every year in Nepal. The Bible school features several pastors and leaders serving effectively in their churches and communities. Since 2019, Pastor Rohit Dhakal has been appointed as the Principal of Word and Life Bible School Nepal. He handles the entire management and operation of the Bible School in Nepal.

The two primary objectives of the Bible School are:

1. Raising up leaders for the ministry of gospel
2. Raising up leaders who can assist their local churches
