There is a vital difference between a believer and a disciple:
- A Believer receives forgiveness and accepts the truth.
- A Disciple intentionally follows Jesus daily, allowing His Word to shape their character, decisions, and purpose.
Discipleship is an active relationship. It’s where information turns into transformation. By abiding in Christ, we gain spiritual stability and find genuine liberty from the fears and old patterns that once controlled us.
The Power of a Healthy Church
The early church didn’t just focus on “growing numbers”; they focused on growing people. As believers matured into disciples:
- The Word of God spread naturally.
- Ministry was shared, not just left to a few leaders.
- The community was blessed through selfless service.
