Never Turning Back, Moving Forward
Following God faithfully in every circumstance is a journey of faith and courage. Hebrews 11:15–16 shows that Abraham left his country and family, trusting the promises of God and walking in His direction. Joseph also endured many hardships—betrayed by his brothers, sold as a slave, and imprisoned—yet he never turned back because he was confident that God was with him. Through their steadfast faith and unwavering determination, God’s great purposes were fulfilled in their lives.
Hebrews 11:1–3 says that faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen. Doubt and fear can block the blessings and miracles of God, but Hebrews 12:1 encourages us to run with endurance, “keeping our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.” Isaiah 43:18–19 reminds us, “Forget the former things; see, I am doing a new thing.” Those who keep moving forward, fixing their eyes on Jesus, will experience His wonders just as Peter walked on water.
Ephesians 4:23–24 calls us to be renewed in the spirit of our minds and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. To do this, we must let go of old habits, worldly attachments, and traditions that keep us distant from His presence. As we seek God wholeheartedly, His blessings and miracles will unfold in our lives.
When we fully trust God and walk in His path, every challenge becomes an opportunity for faith and courage to grow stronger. So today, surrender your whole life to Him. Trust His promises, move forward in faith, and live daily in His presence.
